The House is placed on a hill at 140 mt above the level of the sea. Elegant and reserved it is put in the heart of Marche Region, in Civitanova Marche. The house is covered with original bricks, recovered together with old over-tiles. Who arrives in this b&b has immediately a perception of grace and magic. Fascinated the guests stop in habitat of quiet and serenity. The look welcomed greenness contemplates the environment. The garden rich of secular olive trees, invites us to cross the paths of this estate, until arriving to the private lake that gives to all the walk the culminating motive for calm and contemplation. From all the windows you can catch  sight of the blue sea that is melted with the bright blue of the sky of our region. The gentle temperature gives us the pleasure to appreciate its fruits. When time is fully-grown we  pick up fruits and we eat them with guests and friends. But it is during morning that seated in front of the view of the nature, caressed by calm that gives confort. With  elegant table set and bouquets of flowers on it you can taste everything proposed. This is the moment where the guests talk to us to discovery our lovely, intimate and reserved land.
